ACV365 Terms & Conditions — Complete Guide for Members

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before registering an account or using any services on acv365. Everything you need to know about account registration, betting, payments, bonuses, and responsible gaming is clearly set out here.

1 General Terms & Conditions

By accessing the acv365 platform or using any of its services, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms & Conditions. These terms have been drawn up in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh and international gaming regulations. acv365 reserves the right to amend or update these terms at any time, and members will be notified via email or through the platform before any changes take effect.

Acv365's services are for personal entertainment only. The platform may not be used for commercial purposes or to operate professional gambling activities. Redistributing or commercially exploiting any acv365 content, software, or services without authorization is strictly prohibited.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

The following requirements must be met to register on acv365. If any of these conditions are not satisfied, acv365 reserves the right to close the account at any time.

  • Registrants must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to participate in online gaming under the laws of their country.
  • Each person may register only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are found, all of them will be closed.
  • All information provided at registration must be accurate and truthful. Providing false information will result in account termination.
  • Acv365 may request a copy of your National ID or passport for KYC (Know Your Customer) verification. Large withdrawal requests may be held until verification is complete.
  • To update your account details, please contact the support team and complete the required identity verification.

Acv365 does not allow account registration from countries where online gaming is prohibited by law. Any account registered from a restricted country will be closed immediately.

3 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

All deposit and withdrawal activity on acv365 is governed by the following rules, which are designed to ensure equal protection for all members.

  • The minimum deposit is BDT 500 and the minimum withdrawal is BDT 1,000.
  • Deposits are supported via Mobile Banking, Nagad, Rocket, and USDT crypto. Payment methods are subject to change — please check the platform for the latest options.
  • Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24–72 hours. Incomplete verification may result in additional processing time.
  • Acv365 complies with anti-money laundering regulations. In cases of suspicious transactions, acv365 may request additional documentation for verification.
  • Withdrawals are generally processed using the same payment method that was used for the deposit.

Warning: If unusual transactions are detected on your account, acv365 reserves the right to temporarily suspend withdrawals until the investigation is complete.

4 Betting Rules

All betting activity on acv365 is subject to specific rules. It is important to understand these rules before placing any bets.

  • Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed under any circumstances, as this is not technically possible.
  • If a technical issue prevents the outcome of a bet from being determined, acv365 may refund the stake.
  • If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for any single bet placed on that event will be refunded. For accumulator bets involving multiple matches, the cancelled match will be removed and the bet recalculated accordingly.
  • Acv365 reserves the right to cancel or restrict any bet where suspicious betting patterns are identified.
  • Odds in live betting can change at any moment. The odds at the time the bet is placed will be considered final.
  • The cash-out feature may not be available for all events, and acv365 may withdraw a cash-out offer at any time.

Acv365 reserves the right to limit the maximum bet amount for specific players or teams, typically as part of liquidity management.

5 Bonus & Promotion Policy

Bonuses and promotions on acv365 are a special benefit for members. However, their use is subject to specific rules that all members are required to follow.

  • Every bonus offer comes with a Wagering Requirement (WR) — typically 15 to 30 times the bonus amount must be wagered. Withdrawing before the WR is met will result in the bonus being forfeited.
  • Multiple bonuses cannot be claimed from the same household or the same IP address.
  • Betting with bonus funds may be restricted on certain games. The maximum bet using bonus funds on specific games may be capped at BDT 500.
  • Bonuses are generally valid for 7 to 30 days. Any unused bonus will be automatically forfeited once the validity period expires.
  • Acv365 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited in order to protect the integrity of the acv365 platform and the interests of all members.

  • Using automated bots, scripts, or any software to conduct betting or gaming activity.
  • Using the acv365 platform for money laundering or any other illicit financial activity.
  • Opening multiple accounts or using someone else's account for the purpose of abusing bonuses.
  • Attempting to hack or carry out any form of cyberattack against acv365's software or systems.
  • Placing bets using insider information or engaging in fraud against other members.
  • Using acv365's brand, logo, or content without prior authorization.

Warning: Any account found to be involved in the activities listed above will be closed immediately, all funds will be forfeited, and legal action will be taken if necessary.

7 Privacy & Data Protection

  • Your registration details, transaction history, and gaming activity are stored on acv365's secure servers.
  • Acv365 uses SSL encryption to keep all data transmissions secure.
  • Information may be disclosed in response to legal obligations or requests from regulatory authorities.
  • You may request that your data be deleted; however, this is not possible while your account remains active.

8 Account Closure & Termination

Either acv365 or the member may close an account. However, there are a few important things to be aware of before doing so.

  • Members who wish to close their account must contact the support team. Any pending withdrawals must be processed before the account is closed.
  • Acv365 may suspend or permanently close any account without notice in the event of a terms violation.
  • If an account is suspended, any valid balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned, provided no terms and conditions have been violated.
  • If a member requests self-exclusion as part of responsible gaming, acv365 will lock the account immediately for the specified period.
